As I’m sure many of you saw we had the amazing opportunity to travel to Hawaii for a destination wedding. This wedding was extra special for me ( not just because it was in Hawaii) but because of the fact that I have known Lindsay and her daughter Alena for quite a few years now. We have done pictures since Alena was a little girl back when I lived in San Diego. This wedding was truly spectacular, and meeting Addrian and Lindsay’s family was the cherry on top. She had one of the most beautiful bouquet’s I have ever seen and the entire atmosphere for the day was laid back in true Hawaiian fashion. Addrain did a first look with Alena and read her separate vows during the ceremony (* cue waterworks for real). I have to say, one of my favorite parts of the wedding was during the garter removal when Lindsay unsuspectingly ICED Addrian, it had everyone cracking up. I say this a lot but I truly do love my job and having these genuine friendships with people because of the photos I take makes it even more rewarding.
